SEMINARS AND PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT

EAKDL presents seminars on a variety of legal issues. These cover a range of topics that are suggested by the firm’s attorneys or requested by clients. EAKDL also makes presentations to clients and their staffs on topics of special interest.

The firm frequently gives lectures and participates in seminars given by insurance claims associations, the Continuing Education of the Bar, health care providers including hospital and medical groups, real estate brokers and other professional associations, insurance companies, and self-insured manufacturers.

Additionally, EAKDL will conduct in-house seminars on the legal requirements for establishing insurance company fraud units, certification of fraud specialists, and fraudulent claims handling procedures.
