CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION

The corporate office, located in Walnut Creek, provides branch offices of EAKDL with administrative support and marketing services. Functions include maintenance of the firm’s conflict control program, centralized billing, corporate accounting and financial services, employee benefits and insurance administration.

Douglas M. (Gregory) Kilduff

Gregory Kilduff is President and CEO of EAKDL. Although responsible for the management of the firm, he works primarily out of the Sacramento office.

James E. Therien

Administrator and Controller of EAKDL. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and the American Bar Association. Mr. Therien has a BS in Business Administration, and a Masters Degree in Finance.
